Questions

How far ahead do we need to book?

You can book online for any available dates. For larger teams, ask as early as you can so we can hold the right properties.

Can apprentices or younger team members stay?

Yes. Guests under 20 must stay with an adult aged 20 or over, and the lead guest must be 18 or over.

Is there a deposit?

Some properties have a refundable security deposit, shown on the property page. It is held on the card and released after checkout once our cleaner confirms no damage.
