How we look after your property
Guest screening
Every guest who books with us directly uploads photo ID and a selfie, which we check before they receive access details.
House rules
No parties or events. Guests under 20 must stay with an adult aged 20 or over.
Security deposits
Held on the guest's card for direct bookings and released only after our cleaner confirms no damage.
Maintenance
Every issue our cleaners report is logged with photos and must be sorted within 7 days. Safety issues are urgent from the moment they are reported.

Questions
Which option is right for me?
Fully managed suits owners who want the booking income and are happy for it to vary month to month. Rent to us suits owners who want a fixed monthly amount and no running costs. We go through both after the assessment.
How long is the agreement?
We offer flexible agreements without long tie-ins. The length is set out in writing before you sign.
Do I need permission to let my property short term?
You need written consent where your mortgage, lease, freeholder or insurer requires it. We check this with you at the assessment.
What happens if a guest causes damage?
Our cleaner reports damage with photos after the stay. For direct bookings, the guest's deposit is held until this check is done.
